The menu offers fresh, local and seasonal produce, most of which has ecological certification. Dedicated gourmets will find signature dishes on the menu made with the flagship ingredients of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, including Cancale oysters, pre-salted lamb, scallops and the famous Breton blue lobster.
